I bought my first one preowned and really liked it. So I decided to get another one for my upstairs. I bought it on a great sale and received it quickly. I was able to assemble it myself with no issues as all parts are easily labeled. The main drawback of ordering it brand new is that the furniture has an awful lacquer smell. I’m so glad it’s in my upper living room and don’t have to smell it often. My cats aren’t very happy with it either so hopefully in a few months the smell will be gone.
I have 10 inside cats and they do not know what it is for now, it is completely different than the sisal rope scratching post they are used to so it will take time, I put cat nip on it but they still don’t know what to think, only 1 of the 10 use it after 2 weeks, we will see how this goes…But it is beautiful, we have all the refined feline wicker cat furniture.

It can definitely take some time for cats to adjust to a new type of scratching post. We recommend trying to gradually introduce it to your other cats and perhaps using more catnip to entice them. I had this litter cabinet/end table in my previous home. I moved due to circumstances beyond my control and left the old one behind. After landing at my new place, I tried a cheap littler box but it was obnoxious. I bought the new one, took about a half hour to assemble and both myself and my cat are happy campers. It looks great and because my new space is quite small, it’s great to have a dual purpose with my furniture. I highly recommend.

The Refined Feline automatic cleaning cat litter box is wonderful – and I’ve previously tried three others. It even looks good. Note that your router must be (temporarily set to 2.4 MHz to connect it to wifi). The cabinet for this litter box is very attractive and seems well-built. Any initial problems I had were effectively dealt with by Support.

This is a wonderful product for cats… unfortunately my kitty is probably too old to really enjoy it, and I am so sad about that. I’m still working with him to convince him to climb it. He is still agile @ 17 in September, but for some reason, not convinced he wants to do it yet. Hopefully, I can work with him to do it and that this will not become a beautiful bookcase instead. It was easy to put together and I find it to be very attractive and the pillows extremely comfortable. Time will tell so I’m still hopeful. Thank you for making these for the kitties. I know many of them do enjoy going up and down the different levels, especially at the top. It’s a beautiful view from the top of mine if he would just rest there for a while and enjoy it…we will see!

Initially, there was a manufacturing defect and I couldn’t put the table together. Refined Feline took care of it right away and the replacement is terrific. Cat loves scratching on the outside and snoozin’ on the inside, and it’s a great addition to my living room.

I have the Litter Robot 4 and it fits well inside the Refined Feline enclosure,, but you can’t pull the waste drawer out of the robot, because of the ledge on the enclosure. The robot sits lower than that ledge. If they would have included a raised base at the same height of that ledge, it would’ve been perfect. They suggested I buy a turntable to sit the robot on, so I did. When my cat jumped inside the robot, the turntable swiveled around and scared him half to death! Also, I am pretty sure the robot needs a flat solid surface in order for the weight feature to work properly. The turntable was not an appropriate fix for me. The Refined Feline should implement a simple fix with the raised base. This enclosure might be appropriate for other brands of self cleaning litter boxes, but not for the litter robot 4.
This scratching post looks great in our house and so much better than a typical scratching post. However, my cats won’t scratch it.☹️
I have had my tree for at least 5 years and we have moved twice. It looks brand new. It is SO stylish and SO WELL MADE. We have five cats using it and they all love it. Getting ready to order another for a separate room.

This is a decent product that matches the storage for my litter robot from this company well. But it’s not the size of full length of the storage unit..? Weird.

We love this tree, and so does our cat. This tree is a beautiful addition to the living room and blends in seamlessly with the furniture. Every guest I have over compliments it! The instructions seem daunting at first but assembly and disassembly are very easy AND can be done alone. Our cat is a rescued stray and didn’t really know what to make of the tree at first, but now he gets full use out of it. He especially likes to sit on the shelf near the sisal scratcher and scratch it from above, lol. The sisal pads and carpets hold up very well from daily use, and it’s easy to clean this tree because everything you’d have to vacuum is removable. The “stem” of the tree can be a little wobbly when the cat dismounts from the very top perch (the concave one), but it’s never come close to tipping in my experience. It just looks scary. So glad we invested in this tree because it was worth its price tag as someone who cannot stand the look of standard cat trees.
TLDR; Classy, stunning living room furniture. Easy to clean and assemble. Cat loves it and uses it daily.

It looks lovely on the wall – is not set up too high but neither one of my cats will use it.
In pictures the cabinet looks like it would be a good quality piece of furniture….it’s not. Every part of this cabinet is cheaply made like everything else in this world. It is just painted to look like good quality wood. The cabinets do not close well and the cabinet handles do not align. My picture shows how the handles are misaligned. Definitely not worth the price.

Our cats use a regular litter box. Not Self-Cleaning. However we noticed they did not like the lack of height and the small opening of the other litter box enclosures. We felt like The Refined Feline regular litter box enclosure entrance would be too tall for them, so we bought the Self Cleaning enclosure. The cats love the height, the extra space and no small opening to crawl through for the entrance/exit. The only thing I would improve on this product is changing the feet to self-leveling feet.

The info/data it generates is so valuable. If a cat is using the box or not it lets me know and I can check up on the kitty. Love the camera. It took awhile to figure out how to use it but it’s awesome.
So easy to empty waste compartment. I can’t get down to go under things and so many boxes have the bin on the bottom.
It only took all 3 kitties less than 24 hours to figure out how to use it

I have a massive litter box (24”x16x16) and a very picky cat. While this piece was designed for a litterbox robot, I used it to hide said massive litter box and litter genie. It all fits great and is much more sightly than being out in the open or in the bathroom. It provides the storage I need and the privacy the cat wants. The quality of the furniture is absolutely there, and I understand the price because of it. Even more impressive though, is the customer service. I ordered with the standard 10% off and saw within a few hours that they were doing 20% off holiday sale. I reached out for a price adjustment refund and was immediately given one, no hassles.
Furthermore, when one of the pieces arrived with a hairline crack (the local delivery is careless with packages), I raised my concerns to the customer service team. Once again, immediately offered a replacement part or partial refund. I chose the replacement part and it arrived within a few days. Excellent customer service is what keeps customers returning and I will be purchasing a second piece of furniture for the other litter box in the house.

I absolutely am more than completely satisfied with my pro model litterbox. It took me some exploration to figure out how to get the camera in play but once I did I am having an insane amount of fun with this. Two out of my 3 kitties decided this is their new spot within the first 24 hours of setting up the box. The third kitty was very interested and almost went in when the box started re-syncing and the motion scared her.
I am going in for shoulder replacement soon and badly needed a way to help my friends care for my kitties. This is an awesome solution. I will be able to use the waste compartment with one arm. Love it.
I appreciate three deodorizer packs being included. I wish even 4-5 bags had been because they’re out of stock and it’s a bit of a problem. The customer comment that you can use grocery store bags was huge. I live in a state that has banned them so I’m glad I kept a stash

Love this new enclosure, the smoke matches my cabinets perfectly. Assembly was simple, looks great and is sturdy. I have the opening facing to the right towards the wall, got the matching litter catcher to set in front of opening and pushed it towards the wall, work GREAT dog stays out of it and no has to see the litter box 🙂 I also purchased a turntable and sat the litter box on it, makes changing a breeze, just turn it towards the doors. Great purchase!!

The quality is impressive. Easy to follow directions with all tools included to put it together. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I find the inner liner box cumbersome to pull out each time I need to clean the litter box.
